Author Lynn Gavin has an incredible story to tell. Historically we know the Native American Wars did NOT end with Geronimo's last surrender in 1886, and that in fact a band of blended hold-out Apaches in northern Mexico continued its old-style of living & raiding into the 1940's (& possibly '50's). This novel poses the question, what happens if they had continued and lived to current times? Lynn’s passion and knowledge of history of Cochise Country and surrounding areas is wildly impressive.
